Our firm was registered on 12th May 1978 and has been in consistent accountancy/audit practice for forty (40) years. The founding partner, a quintessential chartered accountant trained with an old well-established medium sized English firm of chartered accountants, Howard Tilly & Co, London. It is on record that Mr. Tilly was one of the signatories to the charter of the English Institute of Chartered Accountants. Being a pedigree, Mr. U. S.
