HISTORY

Our firm was registered on 12th May 1978 and has been in consistent accountancy/audit practice for thirty two (32) years. The founding partner, a quintessential chartered accountant trained with an old well-established medium sized English firm of chartered accountants, Howard Tilly & Co, London. It is on record that Mr. Tilly was one of the signatories to the charter of the English Institute of Chartered Accountants. Being a pedigree, Mr. U. S. Nwankwo has successfully brought the firm to a position where it is recognised for delivering excellent professional services to users of the services of accounting profession. Integrity, professionalism and total commitment are the bedrock on which the firm is founded.

REPUTATION

Our growth has been gradual but steady. Most of the blue chip clients that we have listed were inherited from their inception. We have served them for several years during which we satisfied them with quality and timely professional advice. They have remained inseparable from us.

INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATION

The Firm is associated with Baker Tilly London. The founding partner of the Firm Mr. U. S. Nwankwo trained with Baker Tilly. The relationship led to a continued access to developments in accounting and information technology

BASIS OF FEE CHARGES

Our fees are primarily based on the degree of responsibility, skills involved and effective time necessarily taken by the work. We normally charge separately for each professional service mentioned.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) has recommended as a guide, scale of fees, which we take into consideration in making charges for professional remuneration.
